WHATEVER YOUR INTEREST YOU CAN TELL IT USING PHILATELY The society was originally formed by a small group of philatelits with a passionate interest in Thematics. From these early days the society has grown into one of the most dynamic thematic societies locally and Nationally. WETS is a member of Wessex Philatelic Federation, the Association of British Philatelic Societies and  British Thematic Association. The society draws its membership from Wessex, Somerset & Dorset and Cornish Federations. We have an enthusiastic and knowledagable membership always willing to help new or inexperienced members. WHY NOT JOIN Thematics is Fun and the cost of joining is just £6,00/annum Obtain a copy of our  (2-page)  Application Form MEETINGS We have two meetings per year Spring & Autumn with some interesting displays, speakers and lively discussions about thematics.  Meetings held at Buckfastleigh Town Hall, 34 Bussell Road, and here is a  Location Map  Next meeting - 18th October 2019, starting at 10:30,  Dr David Smith, speaking & displaying about                   “Devon People,  Devon Places”. - followed by Buffet Lunch.  After lunch, a short AGM, then Members and guests are invited to display (8) sheets  (non competitive) on the theme of “Junk Items”    Cost £8.00 includes Tea/Coffee on arrval plus Buffet Lunch.  If you are attending, PLEASE let WETS know by 12 October, using this   Invitation Form Future meeting April 2020       WATCH THIS SPACE for further information.
